  • Responsibilities
    • Generate quality leads, expand current clientele base and meeting sales targets
    • Conduct canvassing and coal-calls to increase potential prospects
    • Maintain and service existing customers and generate cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
    • Enhance good relationship and rapport with potential and existing customers
    • Understand customer's business priorities and consult on printing, TCO, and office automation requirements
    • Pre and post sales account management
    • Handle all sales related matters such as quotation, payment collection, order processing, delivery, and after sales service
    • Responsible for representing The Copier Malaysia's portfolio of products and services in a concise and confident way to drive a purchase decision

    Requirements
    • Diploma / Degree holder in sales and marketing, IT or related discipline
    • Minimum 2 years relevant sales experience with a good sales record
    • Preferably with experience in selling office automation equipment, IT systems and software solutions
    • Good communication skills, must be persuasive and convincing
    • Have good business acumen, convincing demonstration skills and good presentation skills
    • Independent, results-driven, and ready to take up new challenges

  • Responsibilities
    • To provide timely on site hardware support and troubleshooting on company multifunction devices
    • Carry out ad-hoc task or projects for continuous work process improvement
    • Provide phone support to customer on product hardware/ software matters
    • To assist Sales Division on technical assistance, queries and requirements by customer
    • Provide timely Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Support for company customers
    • To install, set up new multifunction devices at customer site
    • Responsible in helping refurbish old machines and conduct pre-delivery quality inspection (PDQI) to ensure machines are in proper working condition prior to installation at customer's premises
    • Provide training for customer on machine hardware & software operation, printer driver installation especially during new machine set up
    • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction whilst providing technical assistance
    • Ensure customer issues and/or complaints are either addressed or escalated to the appropriate level, whilst ensuring follow through in all cases
    • Develop and maintain excellent relationship with customer

    Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent

  • Responsibilities
    • Monitoring monthly accounts receivable and discuss with sales staff on credit and collection matters
    • Works with a minimum of supervision on collection of overdue accounts
    • Issue reminder letter and suspension letter on overdue and defaulting credit accounts
    • Reconciliation of debtors and maintaining debtors' record, overdue debts management, legal recovery and applying for appropriate group credit standards, policies and procedures
    • Prepare management reports on collections and debts recovery actions

  • Responsibilities
    • Perform outbound calls to promote services and generate targeted sales lead for the company
    • Influences prospects to buy or rent devices by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations
    • To generate, constantly grow and manage customer database ie names, addresses and contact no.
    • Partner with Field Sales / Business Partner in the negotiation and attainment of business to ensure deal closures
    • To achieve overall team sales, quality and productivity targets & indicators
    • Attend to walk in customer and answer all incoming calls
    • Respond to customer's enquires and feedbacks with prompt action and excellent service
    • Gather competitor's information from customers and providing market feedback
    • Process forms, application and requests & forward to Admissions Department
    • Perform ad-hoc assignment as and when require

    Requirements
    • Good command/fluent in English, Cantonese and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge in Mandarin and other dialects would be an added advantage
    • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field
    • Applicants with previous telemarketing experience will be an advantage
    • Be able to make cold calls, identify decision maker, qualify opportunities and have polished phone presentation skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with customers at all levels
    • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette
